The rules for using Ubale
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These Terms explain the basic rules for using Ubale as a creator, supporter, or visitor. By using Ubale, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Using Ubale
- Ubale helps creators receive support from fans and communities through creator pages, campaigns, payment links, and website embeds.
- You must provide accurate account, profile, payout, and payment information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may not use Ubale for unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
Creator responsibilities
- Creators are responsible for the content, links, campaigns, rewards, and information they publish on Ubale.
- You must own or have permission to use any content, brand, artwork, name, link, image, campaign, or material you publish.
- You must not impersonate another person, mislead supporters, or raise funds for a purpose you do not intend to honor.
Supporter payments
- Supporters choose the amount they want to send and are responsible for checking the creator, campaign, and payment details before paying.
- A 3% payment processing fee is added at checkout and shown before payment, so the final charge may be higher than the support amount selected.
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and mobile money partners. Their own terms may also apply.
- Payment confirmations, receipts, and references may be used to help resolve support, fraud, refund, or dispute questions.
Fees and payouts
- Creating a Ubale page is free. Supporters cover the payment processing fee at checkout, creators receive the stated payout amount, and the remaining balance covers Ubale fees and payout processing.
- Creators currently keep 95% of the support amount. The remaining 5% helps cover Ubale fees and payout processing, including the fee for sending money out.
- Payouts are released after a 26-hour settlement window. This gives payments time to settle and helps reduce payout issues.
- If a creator changes their payout number, payouts to the new number are paused for 24 hours after the change is confirmed.
- Payouts may be delayed, paused, reversed, or reviewed when required for fraud prevention, payment disputes, rejected payout changes, technical issues, or legal obligations.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Do not publish illegal content, stolen work, hate or harassment, sexual exploitation, scams, malware, impersonation, or content that violates another person's rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with Ubale, scrape private data, abuse payment systems, or pressure supporters with misleading claims.
- We may remove content, limit features, freeze payouts, suspend accounts, or contact authorities where necessary.
Intellectual property
- Creators keep ownership of their own content. By posting on Ubale, creators give Ubale permission to host, display, promote, and operate that content as needed to provide the service.
- Ubale names, branding, interface, and platform materials belong to Ubale and may not be copied or misused without permission.
- If you believe content on Ubale infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail for us to review it.
Availability and changes
- We work to keep Ubale available, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, payment provider issues, bugs, or events outside our control.
- We may update features, fees, payout rules, policies, or these Terms as Ubale grows. Continued use of Ubale means you accept the updated Terms.
Account closure
- You may stop using Ubale at any time. Some transaction, payout, support, fraud prevention, or legal records may need to be kept after an account closes.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, create risk for supporters or creators, or expose Ubale to legal, payment, or security issues.
