Payouts and pricing
Simple fees for support and digital shops.
Ubale is free to join. Creator support has clear payout fees, and digital shops start free with a simple upgrade when storage grows.
Creator payout
The other 5% helps cover Ubale's service fee and payout processing. Supporters also cover a 3% payment processing fee at checkout, so creators do not have to absorb that collection cost.
Supporter side
3% payment processing fee
This is added at checkout. If a supporter sends MK 100, they pay MK 103.
Creator side
95% creator payout
The remaining 5% covers Ubale fees plus payout processing, including the 1.8% fee for sending money out.

Payouts release after 26 hours
We aim for payouts after about 24 hours, but use a 26-hour release window to give payments enough time to settle and reduce payout issues.
Number changes have a 24-hour cooldown
If you change your mobile money number, payouts are paused for 24 hours before money can be sent to the new number.
Local money rails
Built around the way supporters already pay.
Ubale works with trusted local payment options so fans can support creators using familiar mobile money channels.
